Subject: Parents unable to pay fees- S.S. Mota Singh Sr. Sec. School expelled girl student Bhumika.

Dear Sir,

We have the honour to bring to your notice that since the parents Mr. JAI BHAGWAN (Mobile: 9811662031) r/o R-709, J.J. Colony Jawala Puri, Camp No.5, New Delhi-110087, couldn’t pay school fees for their daughter baby Bhumika, class VIth , the management of S.S. Mota Singh Sr. Sec. School, Guru Harkishan Nagar, New Delhi-110087  has denied her to attend class since July,09, 2012. It is a sad story. The said unaided recognized private school is so much greedy that it resorted to harassment & humiliation not only to the parents but also to these young kids with a view to force parents to pay the school fees knowing well that the parents are unable to pay the same. The school is just interested in making money and nothing else.

The girl student has been studying in the school since class nursery. Her father is an Salesman and is not having good & regular income and her mother suffering from long illness. During the academic year 2012-2013, the financial condition of her father drastically gone down resulting in non-deposit of full fees of his ward.

The misery doesn’t end here. It is submitted that between 09/07/2012 to till date girl student was several times humiliated & unceremoniously sit on reception of the school and was not allowed to attend class. It has caused very severe mental trauma to girl student. Despite parents approaching the school several times requesting them to allow the girl student to attend the class, the school not allowed the student to continue to attend the class.

The aforesaid action on the part of school is totally unethical, arbitrary, violative of right to education, anti-child and has caused severe mental trauma to the girl student. The school was not at all justified in refusing student to attend the classes.

That due to aforesaid arbitrary action on the part of the school, the girl student has already suffered loss of academics besides undergoing mental agony, harassment , humiliation & trauma. In case, the girl student is not allowed to class, her whole year would be spoiled.

It is, therefore, requested that you may please intervene in this matter on urgent basis and direct the principal/management of S.S. Mota Singh Sr. Sec. School, Guru Harkishan Nagar, New Delhi-110087 to allow her continue class forthwith so that the whole year of the girl student should not be wasted.
