letter to the Commissioner of Police of Delhi,

To,
The Police Commissioner,
Delhi Police Head Quarter,
New Delhi.
Sir
Sub: Deterioration of crime in Delhi
At one time, Delhi excelled all the other towns in almost every achievement but, today as I see it has earned also the reputation of having excelled in crime also.
The crime graph of this town is very dismal and depressing. All sorts of crimes flourish in this capital metro. Yours being the agency to control and fight crime, I request you to look into the intricacies of the situation so that there is some improvement in the condition.
There are several causes of this increase in crime in the capital. There are ever so many entry points to Delhi which may easily encourage people coming to the town, committing the crime and flying off from the scene. Delhi being the capital, there is also a huge floating population in the town so many people may enter the town uninterrupted. If these basic points are plugged I think there may be a decrease in the crime situation. If your force is more careful, more honest and less corrupt, I feel that the situation can improve. Then we can hope for a Delhi without crime or, at least a Delhi with very little crime.
Hoping for improvement in the crime position
Yours faithfully
