Subject:           Complaint against Shri Jai Singh, TGT, (SST), Govt. Co-ed. Sr. Sec. School, Rajapur Khurd, (ID-1618192), Delhi on the act of willful harassment and negligence his duties 

Regarding:      SECC-2011 – Payment to Enumerator (Raghubir Singh)

Sir,

My name is Raghubir Singh, resident of B-618, JawalaPuri, Sunder Vihar, New Delhi-110087 Contact No.: 9212200559.  I had been completed work as Enumerator (EB No. 116,117,118,119) under Socio Economic and Caste Census, 2011 (Enumerator I Card Copy enclosed). I have submitted the following complete details to Mr. Jai Singh, TGT, (SST), who is deputed as Supervisor (Ward No.121) posted for this purpose in SECC, with a Xerox copy of bank passbook.

As till date the payment for my work has not been credited in my bank account, I contacted one Mr. Gujral, Incharge of SECC for West District, who is a Senior Officer to Shri Jai Singh, TGT for my payment. In reply, Mr. Gujral gave me a copy of a detail (copy enclosed herewith), which reveals that the payment for my work prepared and sent to bank for clearance into an account no.085100101001252, in the name of one Ms. Meenakshi at Corporation Bank, Rajouri Garden Branch, New Delhi, instead of my name and my account no.SB01016918 at Corporation Bank, Paschim Vihar Branch, New Delhi.  In view of above i.e. due to mismatch of bank account numbers, the clearance through ECS could not be made / returned by the bank. 

So, yesterday, 23.03.2015, I contacted Mr. Jai Singh, through my mobile number to his mobile number-9213327035 nearly at the time of 07-15 pm (night) and politely requesting him to meet personally to solve the above problem / mistake done by him (Mr. Jai Singh).  In reply, through mobile conversation, he (Mr. Jai Singh), denied to give an appointment to meet him and further says that “I have lot of work pressure and therefore I will not & I cannot make any corrections in the aforesaid issue and do whatever you want” and, thereafter, he disconnected the phone conversation

After receiving such type of reply from him (Mr. Jai Singh), I could not understand that “even I gave my complete bank details to him very correctly, why he (Mr. Jai Singh) prepared the details for making the payment for my work to another person’s name instead of my name and my bank account”.   AND further I could not understand that “even after his deliberate willful mistake in the above issue, why he does not like to correct the same”.

In view of all above, I am not able to get my payment till date since November, 2014 and, therefore, the above-said act as intentionally done by Mr. Jai Singh is reflect as disobedience / willful negligence to his duties.     Hence, I request you to kindly take necessary action against Mr. Jai Singh, TGT, Govt, Co-ed. Sr. Sec. School, Rajapur Khurd, (ID-1618192), Delhi under the relevant rules and also direct him to prepare the required correct payment to me for my work, urgently.       A reply on the above issue is solicited.
