School not proper response

KV School over all Public opinion Good, But uniformly not maintain each on every school own decision to maintain the school. Teacher's not response to Parents, & Principal Properly not answered any type of quires given to principal properly not answered , 10th std student properly not studied. some school best teaching & coaching given, Anna Nagar school particularly i can see very worst impression Pls take necessary actions. Teacher's & student rapo very worst .. teacher's behavior very worst in tract with parents. So Pls change the Principal very strict & control teacher Principal required. Kindly help full for improve the school & school name.. Pls my humble request take investigation separately and visit also pls......
Important Point & Observations in KVS Annanagar:

Note: 1) Punctuality not maintain students come to school 8.40AM
2) Sports activity properly not done
3) Any functions properly not inform to parents,
4) Parents meeting yearly two times only conducted.
5) Some teacher parents in front of shouted students(using bad wards).
6) Proper communications not given
7) Daily homework's detail not informed to parents.
8) Any Emergency time contact with school - nobody responding
9) Govt declare leave emergency (ex: APJ Abdul kallam death ). School side security also not attending phone.. but TN Govt declare the leave. How to contact the . School Teacher phone not given, Principal contact no not available, land line nobody not attend. very difficult that day...
10) Class room & inside path not cleaning properly very worst conditions both room also.
