CCTV Cameras, if installed inside the Residential Buildings, Seriously Violate the Right to Privacy of Children, Males, Females and Elders & also create avoidable incidental problems with the residents which the Office Bearers of the Housing Societies unable to resolve creating further problems vitiating the congenial environment.

Further, the Office Bearers of the Housing Societies have no Legal Authority to Punish their Members or Tenants, rightly so, and hence CCTV Cameras inside the Housing Societies serve no useful purpose while lakhs of Rs on installing them go out of pockets of Members / Tenants that is Avoidable.

Therefore, Police Authorities must Stop CCTV Cameras inside the Housing Societies in Larger Public Interest.

Action taken may kindly be intimated.

I, Babubhai Vaghela, aged 67 plus, Resident of Ahmedabad Gujarat India, Senior Citizen Whistle Blower - Torture Victim of Bureaucratic, Political and Judicial Corruption hereby seeks Assistance from OHCHR Geneva.

Atrocities have been committed on me and my family by Narendra Modi Govt through legally untenable bogus court cases by Mr KV Kamath / Mrs Chanda Kochhar led ICICI Bank, Vadodara, Gujarat, India and undue harassment to me by Narendra Modi Govt Police. 

This particularly happened after I exposed Mr Anil Ambani led Reliance Power IPO Fraud that was done through ICICI Direct.

Civil Cases against me have neither been heard by the Courts nor any Court Order issued. They are simply kept pending for last over 30 months and, after filing the cases by Mr KV Kamath / Mrs Chanda Kochhar led ICICI Bank, have done nothing to reach the cases to logical conclusion.
