I am ................... Prprietor and director of the company, ............... Pvt Ltd. established in december 19, 2014 and Shaheen Corporation in 2000. Those making rumors & false allegation must know that we are into business for over a decades. we have 3 manufacturing units one in kolkata and 2 in delhi.
They are going to put pressure on us directly by complaining on website /consumer complaints without raising the issue before the management they defaming us.
as a Director I want my customers to be happy, satisfied, provide exellent services and they must earn good returns and they provide mouth publicity to join others also, I'm working along with my hand picked sales team, some were very exellent manager in the past but unfortunately my company recruited some bad sales manager also which again because of in experience .
we do take in writing from every sales people you have to do at least Rs. 15 lakh business/ minimum sales for the company as a ASM from your territory, Rs. 25 Lakh sakles commitment from RSM and more from GM/NSM.they say yes sir, they bring token to from probable customers i -2 lakh and take salary and run away some so called sales manager I came across are Amesh Vahi, Brijit Chattachary, Mr. Moswami, Livek Singh verma and they are not picking up calls of those customers neither give us clear picture by the time its too late when I came to know.
Later on the same managers working with party, misguiding and all un ethical means to defame us. now we have taken a very strict action against them, terminated from the job and legal action also initiated against them. Those party who has given us money we have returned the goods of the same value and most of them are happy and back in our customers list. Its 100% private company thats reason we do not share information largely to safeguard our business and will continue the same strategy.
we have planned to do pan India operation after spending 10 years in north market alone. I'm not working to delete the complaints but let the world know we are here to stay, grab the market share, to become market leader and Inshallah will become no. 1 brand owner very soon.
Those complaining on internet compalints website violating agreement did with the company, definitely we will sue him and take legal action also if necessary for defaming company name and brand value for damage.
you can see how many fallout/complaints we have against 1, 2, 3, 4 you cant count more than it.specially we are expanding our horizon across the country it is bound to happen that too I want to limit.
I request to my customers please do not get panic with this false statement and complaints as I'm still learning how to handle these situation and in future if you have and complaints/feed back please let us know and definitely we will resolve all matter.
