With due respect I want to know the following information under RTI ACT . That:

1. What was the academic & technical qualifications of  Miss   A n n u    D a h e j a     C.C.I.  (computer hardware & net working ) posted in I T I  Arab   Ki   Sarai   ,  New Delhi at the time of joining .
2. The minimum qualification for the full time C.C.I.{ contractual craft instructor} (computer hardware & networking trade )(advertisement on website) is as per advertisement was as follows :

Computer Hardware & Net Working:

(i) 10^th pass under 10+2 system with Science & Maths from recognized Board / Institutes.

(ii) National / State Trade Certificate in the concerned trade.

(iii) Three years teaching / working experience in the relevant field.

OR

(i) 10th pass under 10+2 system with Science & Maths from recognized Board / Institutes.

(ii) Diploma in Computer Engg. from recognized Board/ Institution. 

(iii) Two years teaching / working experience in the relevant field.

OR

(i)  10thpass with Science & Math under 10+2 system from recognized school/board or its equivalent.

(ii)  Degree in concerned branch of Engg./Technology from a recognized University/Institute

(iii)  01 year practical experience in the field of concerned trade

3. please specify date of joining in department.
4. Please specify from where & in which years (session) (A) _she passed ITI in concern trade  OR  (B) diploma (3 years) in computer science  / OR (C) degree (B.TECH / B.E. in computer science ) ?, please specify university / board (as per documents she submitted at the time of appointment)
5. As per her qualifications , was she  eligible for the post of  C.H.N . c.c.i at the time of joining ?  
6. How many years experience certificate she submitted at the time of joininig ?  From which organization / company this experience certificate was  issued ? Please specify diary / dispatch no . / order no. and date of issue of that experience certificate.
7. If she does not have minimum essential qualifications, in that case what action will be taken against her ?
8. If any body does not have essential qualification in that case can he continue his/her service ?

Dear Sir,

Kindly provide the following information under RTI act:-

1. On which basis a contractual TA is authorized to fill and sign the measurement book?
2. Is there any criterion for RITES employees to fill and sign the measurement book?
3. How any contractual employees are singing the measurement book?

Please provide the following information under  RTI act:

1. Do Meerut Development Authority (MDA) has a procedure for time to time physical verification of the government land in the city?

2. What is the frequency of physical verification of government land to safeguard against usurping of land by private plot owners?

3. How much of the government land was available in the year 2000 in the vicinity of P.W.D Colony near Jail Chungi which is having it’s interface with privately owned plots/houses?

4. How much of the government land is available in the year 2012 in the vicinity of P.W.D Colony near Jail Chungi which is having it’s interface with privately owned plots/houses?

5. Has the land difference (point no. 3 minus point no.4) been sold by MDA to private plot owners?

6. Does MDA have a list of land encroachers in this area?

7. What is the action written in the rule book of MDA for any encroachment of government land by private plot owners whether for extension of their house or otherwise?

8. Has any action being taken by the MDA for encroachment of land in the vicinity of this colony?
