Subject:  Application for seeking information under the Right to Information Act,2005
Sir,
This is to request you to kindly provide the following information along with copies of necessary supporting official documents.
  1. Reference: UGC Regulation on Minimum Qualification for appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and Measure for maintenance of standards in Higher Education 2010 (No. F. 3-1/2009 dated 30 June, 2010.
  2. Detail of information desired: In the above mentioned reference for the category 4.4.6.1 : Minimum Qualification for Appointment of Teaching Faculty in University and Colleges- Engineering and Technology Discipline it is mentioned that for the post ofAssistant Professor the minimum qualification required is First Class Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering (Engg.) & Technology (Tech).where as for the post of Professor the minimum qualification required is A Ph.D. Degree with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engg., & Tech., and experience of ten years in teaching, research and / or industry, out of which at least five years at the level of Assistant Professor Reader or equivalent grade.
With reference to the above kindly clarify the following points along with the justification

  1. Which Branch of Engineering at B.E/B.Tech and M.E/ M.Tech can be considered appropriate and why for the Post of Professor in Computer Science and Engineering.
  2. For the post of Professor it is mentioned that 10 years Teaching experience is required. Whether it means than 10 years teaching experience in any branch is countable or the teaching experience should be in appropriate branch of Engineering. Please clarify with appropriate justification. Whether it means that a person having 10 years teaching experience in any branch of engineering such as civil, mechanical, minning,  electrical, electronics etc is eligible to be professor in computer science and engineering and if so how it justifies and assures the teaching quality of such person as professor in computer science and engineering. Kindly clarify.
  3. Whether the B.E/B.Tech degree is not atall  required for the post of Assistant Professor. If so why.
  4. Why B.E/B.Tech in appropriate branch of Engineering is not required for the post of Assistant Professor. Kindly justify if true.
  5. At Assistant Professor Level First Class at Masters level is required but for the post of Associate Professor and Professor First class is required either at B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.tech level. Kindly justify how it will assure academic quality.
  6. For the post of Associate Professor and Professor whether the B.E/B.Tech and M.E/M.Tech both are required in appropriate branch of Engineering or either B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech (i.e. any one of it) is required in the appropriate branch of Engineering. If so kindly justify how it will help in assuring academic quality.
Particulars of information:  Kindly furnish the information desired above  along with necessary official documents/justifications regarding/supporting the same.

  1. . PROVIDE ME CERTIFY COPY IN WHICH ORDER,PLANNING,DECISION THE WIDTH OF DRAIN HAS BEEN EXTENDED, IN WARD NO249, BRHAMPURI MAIN ROAD(CHUHANBANGER SIDE). LET ME NOW WHAT IS THE BUDGET SANCTIONED FOR CONSTRUTION OF THIS DRAIN,MATARIAL USED IN CONSTRATION? WHAT IS THE LENGTH,WIRDTH,HIGHT OF THE FOTPATH,DRAIN BEFORE AND AFTER EXTEND(wirdth) DRAIN
  2. PROVIDE CERTIFIED COPY OF PLAN,ORDER,ACT,DECISION IN WHICH THE INTERNAL WALL AND LEFT PLACE(SPACE) ATTACHED WITH WALL(SHOP SIDE HAS LEFT, MCD TAKE OVER THIS AREA FOR EXTN OF ROAD ABOUT TEN YEARS BEFORE IN WARD NO. 249.
  3. CERTIFIED INFORMATION REGARDING DAY TO DAY WORK OF WIDTH OF DRAIN WITH EFFECT FROM WARK STARTED TO TILL TODAY
  4. DURING EXTN.OF WIDTH OF DRAIN(STARTING TO TODAY) WHICH RAW MATERIAL USED IN CONSTRUCTION ON OF DRAIN, RATIO OF MATERAIL,MEASUREMENT ETC. HOW MUCHAND WHERE BRICK HAS BEEN USED IN CONSTRUCTION, WORK HAS BEEN DONE ACCORDING TO RULE/REGULATION REGARDING THIS CERTIFIED COPY PROVIDING IN WHICH THE INCHARGE(J.E.ETC.) APPONINTED BY MCD AND COPY OF SURPRISE VISIT BY INCHARGE ENCLOSED FOR MY READY REFERENCE.
  5. WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT TO THE EXTEND WIRDTH OF DRAIN IS THE CONSTRATION WORK OF DRAIN HAS COMPLETED IN THE LIMITED TIME PERIOD.
  6. IF ANY PROVISION IN MCD RULE AND REGULATION. IF INTERNAL WALL OF THE DRAIN WHICH IS PRESENT NOW A SEPRATE OTHER WALL MAY BE CONSTRUCTED AS IT IS WITHOUT BREAKING WALL( REMEMBER THAT WHEN (CHORICARAN,WIDTH)EXTEND OF BRHAMPURI MAIN ROAD APPROX 10 YEARS AGO ON THE TIME PLACE(AREA) HAD BEEN TO TAKENFROM PUBLIC. PUBLIC HAVE THE GPA ETC. SO PUBLIC HAVE THE RIGHT .AND THE OTHER SIDE (WARD NO.251,252 ETC) HAS TAKEN LOSE IN FUTURE.IN WHICH RULE OF MCD HAS TAKEN DECISION IN WIDTH EXTEN(CHORIKARN) OF DRAIN CHUHAN BANGER SIDE AVODING OLD WALL (WITHOUT BREAKING INTERNAL SIDE)WIDTH AND MCD DRAIN INTERNAL SIDE WHICH IS EMPETY ALL OF THOSE WHICH RULE,ORDER LOST. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS CERTIFIED COPY
  7. WHICH CONTRACTOR/FIRM THE CONTACT HAS BEEN GIVEN. THEIR TERMS & CONDITIONS HOW MUCH WORK HAS BEEN DONE? HOW MUCH HAS WORK IS LEFT? HOW MUCH PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE AND HOW MUCH BALANCE?. PLEASE PROVIDE CERTIFIY COPY REGARDING OF EXTN OF DRAIN FROM STARTING DATE TO TILL DATE.

Sir/Madam,
Following information is sought under RTI Act, 2005 as per provisions of the Act with reference to the recently conducted Haryana Civil Services (Executive Branch) and other Allied Services Preliminary Exam., 2011 held on 25.03.2012:
1. Please supply the copy of the answer key of General Studies and Optional XXXXX (Code A, B, C and D) papers for the above said examination.
2. Whether the grace marks have been given for the above said examination for any of the general studies and optional subject/s papers?
3. If answer to q. no. 3 is yes, please supply the copy of the proceedings/minutes meant for rendering the grace marks for all the common as well as optional subjects.
4. Whether the question/s for which grace marks were given during evaluation of any paper was included or excluded for evaluation?
5. Please supply the copy of the procedure decided by the commission for providing grace marks for any subject in the above said examination.
6. Please supply the list of marks of all unsuccessful candidates in the Haryana Civil Services (Executive Branch) and other Allied Services Preliminary Exam., 2011 held on 25.03.2012
